This sale is for a NEW REPRODUCTION transmission kickdown rod for a 83-94 Ford F-250,  F-350 pickup truck or Bronco with a 6.9L OR 7.3L IDI DIESEL ENGINE ONLY and a C-6 transmission.

It is made of stainless steel so will not rust. One tough kickdown rod! We will ship it wrapped in bubble wrap and then entirely wrapped with shrink wrap due to its size AND to keep shipping weight down.

Reproduced from an NOS rod as a template so it IS correct for the application stated. This rod can only be used with a C-6 transmission. NOS part # is  E3TZ-7A187-C.  The 6.9L engine was used from '83-'86 at which time the engine was upgraded to the 7.3L and that was used thru 1994 year model.

The end bushings are permanently installed and are better than the OEM bushings as they are made of Delrin. The rod is made of stainless steel and will not corrode.

The correct rod retainers ("E" clips)are included with this rod.
