This kickdown rod is made of stainless steel and will remain elegant looking its entire life. The bushings are permanently installed just like the OEM bushings were.

4V only! Select YES for a custom rod if you have an aftermarket high rise intake manifold installed or a carb spacer 1" or greater. Please let me know what you have in the NOTE section so I’ll know how to make it. All Edelbrock carbs require custom build!

NOTE: YOUR CARBURETOR MUST HAVE A KICKDOWN LEVER INSTALLED IN ORDER TO BE ABLE TO USE THIS KICKDOWN ROD.

EDELBROCK CARBS REQUIRE THEIR PART # 1483, FORD KICKDOWN ROD ADAPTER.

NOTE: If you are using a Holley carburetor and do not have the kickdown rod return spring kit that is needed, go to this link to pick up the spring kit.
