This kickdown rod is made of stainless steel and will remain elegant looking its entire life. The bushings are permanently installed just like the OEM bushings were.

A custom rod is available for 4V applications and there is a $25 surcharge for that. Select carburetor as appropriate for your application.

NOTE: YOUR CARBURETOR MUST HAVE A KICKDOWN LEVER INSTALLED IN ORDER TO BE ABLE TO USE THIS KICKDOWN ROD.

Edelbrock carburetors require their part # 1483, Adapter for Ford kickdown in order to have a connection point at the carburetor.

If you have an Edelbrock 4V carb, use this rod in 2V version.

Edelbrock AVS2 carbs will require a custom rod be built due to their kickdown design. Please tell us if you have one installed. Models 1405 or 1406 do Not require a custom rod.
